Qualifications:

• Experience with appliance, electrical, and plumbing repairs
• Familiar with scheduled maintenance on all equipment
• Participate in on-call scheduling
• Responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy
• Conduct apartment check-in and check-out inspections
• Assist with custodial and grounds work, when necessary
• Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, annual inspections, inventories, and purchase orders
• Knowledge of water and gas cut-off valves, sewer clean-out, and fixture cut-offs

Education

*High School diploma or GED Equivalent
*Job-related certifications
*Previous experience in multi-housing or property management
